Palmetto Lowcountry Behavioral Health takes patient satisfaction very seriously, which is why every patient discharged from our facility is given the opportunity to provide feedback on their stay and the care they received. Palmetto Lowcountry Behavioral Health takes great pride in providing the best care possible for all of our patients, which is reflected in our consistently great patient satisfaction scores. Palmetto Lowcountry Behavioral Health integrates the patient feedback received into the continuous improvement of both our facility and treatment.
