North Charleston, SC. Cherie Tolley has been promoted to chief executive officer of Palmetto Behavioral Health. She joined the company in 2002 as CEO of Palmetto Pee Dee Behavioral Health in Florence, and has been chief operating officer for the company since 2006. Previously, she was a social worker in South Carolina and California; program director for the Berkeley Community Mental Health Center and S.C. Continuum of Care; clinical director for Willowglen Academy in Greeleyville; and a private consultant.
