Welcome to our Community catchall page. As our Internet site matures, we plan to use this page to direct our site visitors to new, changed or updated areas of the site. More than just a "what's new" section however, we will use this page to provide additional insight and information to members of the community at large. At Palmetto Behavioral Health, we are deeply involved in the greater Charleston and Florence Communities. Our goal is always to develop our relationship as a resource for patients, an advocate for mental health, and a supporter of the community. In all of markets, we are active members of the local Chambers of Commerce. We generally make our staff available to serve on a variety of boards and associations. We take time to meet with community health and other leaders. Our professionalism extends to our interactions with local healthcare providers. By functioning as a treatment and teaching resource, we are able to give back to professionals as well as patients in the community. |
We are here to serve our patients and their families, and we diligently maintain our focus on that goal of service. By developing and building relationships with organizations across the spectrum of our service area, we become a part of the communities we serve, and are better able to provide the highest levels of care and service to our patients and their families.
