Palmetto Behavioral Health in the Community Life-long learning and recovery are cornerstones at Palmetto Behavioral Health. The following 12 Step Groups meet at our facilities in Charleston, South Carolina and are open to the community. Come to the main hospital lobby and you will be directed to the appropriate location.

Narcotics Anonymous (NA)
Meets every Saturday and Sunday at 3:00pm

Overeater’s Anonymous
Meets every Saturday at 9:00am

Codependent’s Anonymous (CODA)
Meets every Monday at 5:30pm and Saturday at 9:30am
